Orders are payable in advance upon reception from
us of a proforma invoice (email or by mail at your convenience) which
takes into account availability and carriage by "Colissimo"
(up to 30kg) within France or "Colissimo international"
for the remainder of Europe. Please do not send payment with order.
Bulky orders (more than 1,2 m long or more than 30kg) are sent by
special transport (fee calculated according to département
or country of destination).
While awaiting payment, plants and sundries are held
for 15 days following issue of the pro forma invoice.
Plants are despatched at the beginning of the week
following reception of payment (by cheque, CCP, postal transfer or
money order made out to Palmaris). Sorry we do not accept credit cards
or eurocheques.
Postal packages leave on a Monday, or exceptionally
Tuesday. Deliveries by special transport normally leave on a Wednesday.
This may not be the case if bank holidays interfere, if there is a
postal strike or if the weather is too cold. Priority is given to
the welfare of the plants.
Nevertheless, loss or damage
in transit is the responsibility of the recipient.
